This Information Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to provide information regarding the processing of personal data of individuals who visit www.r2d2.com.tr or contact R2D2 through the website.

6. Retention of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for the period required for the relevant processing purposes and applicable statutory retention periods.

When the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with applicable legislation.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

learn whether your personal data is being processed,
request information regarding such processing,
learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is being used in accordance with that purpose,
learn the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
request deletion or destruction of personal data where the conditions prescribed by law are met,
request notification of correction, deletion or destruction to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
object to a result arising against you through the analysis of processed data exclusively by automated systems,
request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You may submit your requests to R2D2 in writing or through other methods permitted under applicable legislation, clearly identifying yourself and the nature of your request.
